Aktau Water- Project Management and Engineering 2013

Fides Consulting was invloved in the early stage of intiation of Aktua Water Project and was cooperating together with serveral govermental organizations and internation financial institutions to realize this project from scratch.

Fides Consulting has provided consulting services including project strategy development, preparation of the technical projects for water supply and removal systems, in accordance with the requirements and construction standards in Kazakhstan, preparation of the cost estimates for the project, preparation of the tender documentation, review and approval of technical projects prepared by subcontractors and other project related services.
