State Communal Enterprise Almaty Kala Zharyk (the “Company”), a newly established municipal street lighting management company in the city of Almaty, has received the loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) to modernize the existing street lighting system in Almaty.

Fides Consulting has assissted the awarded contractor, in the succesfull implementation of the project by providing a full set of engineering and consulting services including, local project management services, selection of subcontractors, construction superivision, HSE (health, safety and environement services) and other project related services.
